1. Acceptance

By using Cover3.mx (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Cover3.mx provides AI-generated sports betting analytics for entertainment and informational purposes. All analysis is probabilistic. Cover3.mx does not guarantee outcomes. Past performance does not predict future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and reside in a jurisdiction where sports betting analytics are legal to consume.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. A 7-day free trial is offered for first-time subscribers. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Refunds for partially-used billing periods are not generally provided except where required by law.

5. No Investment or Financial Advice

Nothing on Cover3.mx constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to wager. You alone are responsible for all decisions you make.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not redistribute, scrape, or resell paid content.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• One subscription per account, one account per person.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt to circumvent the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cover3.mx and its operators are not liable for any losses, gambling or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
