• Account info: email address (required for sign-up and email delivery).
• Billing info: handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number. We store the Stripe customer ID and subscription status only.
• Usage data: minimal logs (page hits, error events) for reliability and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use It

• To provision your account and deliver the Service.
• To send you the daily dashboard email and product updates.
• To bill you (via Stripe) and prevent fraud.
• To analyze aggregate usage to improve the Service.

3. Who We Share With

Limited processors that make the Service work:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Resend — transactional and product emails.
• Netlify — site and serverless function hosting.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies to maintain login sessions and prevent abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.

Where enabled, traffic analytics are collected by Plausible, a privacy-first analytics provider that does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time. Contact ceo@cover3.mx.

6. Data Retention

We keep account records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax and legal obligations. Marketing email preferences are honored for the lifetime of your address.

7. International Transfers

Cover3.mx is operated from Mexico. Some processors are based in the US or EU. By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in those jurisdictions.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes to this policy.
